摘要
本文介绍了一种可检测4路氧传感器电阻参数的实时炉烟分析系统的设计。该系统由恒温加热体、气体发生器、氧传感器及变送器、温度传感器及变送器、氧传感器检测电路、数据采集、控制电路、接口电路和微型计算机系统构成。可实时对炉烟进行检测分析及对氧传感器的电阻参数进行检测分析。
A design of real-time furnace smoke analysis System for detection of four-channel oxygen sensor resistance parameter is introduced in this paper, The system consists of constant calandric, gas generator, oxygen sensor and transmitter, temperature sensor and transmitter, oxygen sensor detection circuit, data acquisition, control circuit, interface circuit and microcomputer system. It can make real-time detection and analysis of furnace smoke and oxygen sensor resistance parameter.
