摘要
串行通信是计算机监控系统中可编程控制器(PLC)与上位机通信的主要方式。介绍基于内置编程接口、RS-232C和RS-485的计算机与三菱FX2N系列PLC串行通信的方法,包括硬件连接、软件设置和程序编写,从通信有效距离、附加装置、PLC资源点数等方面对这些方法进行比较,提出选择适当的方法时需要考虑的几点问题,并以回转窑过程控制和零部件生产线控制作为应用实例加以阐述。
Serial communication acts as a main communication method between computer and programmable logic control (PLC) in a supervisory system. This type of communication based on build-in program interface, RS-232C and RS-485 was introduced respectively, concerning hardware wiring, software setting, and program developing. Some items about choosing the proper method was presented after comparisons in terms of valid communication distance, accesary device, in- put/output point resource and so on. Applications of rotary kiln control and part product line control were shown as examples.
