摘要
利用三菱微型FX系列可编程控制器(PLC),结合电气控制技术,实现了对Z3040摇臂钻床控制系统的改进。分析了系统的硬件及软件设计,提供了主要的硬件原理图和软件梯形图。实践结果证明,改进后的Z3040摇臂钻床控制系统功能先进,实用,可靠。
The improvements of the control system in Z3040 radial drilling machine is realized with the connection of micro-FX series programmable logic controller（PLC） and electrical control technology. The hardware and software design of the system have been analyzed, and the major hardware schematic and software ladder diagram have been provided. The practical results show that the system has an advanced function.
