85例肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解临床肺炎克雷伯菌感染分布状况和耐药趋势,为临床合理应用抗生素提供依据。方法采用梅里埃VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物系统进行细菌鉴定,K-B法进行药敏试验,并用纸片扩散法确证试验检测ESBLs。结果检出85株肺炎克雷伯菌,其中产ESBLs 46株,对碳青霉烯类的敏感率>98%,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、氨基糖甙类的敏感率>70%,喹诺酮类的敏感率>50%,而对三代头孢等的敏感率则<50%。结论对于肺炎克雷伯菌的感染,利用医院实验室条件,进行细菌培养和药敏测定,有针对性的用药,具有重要的意义。 To study the distribution and resistance trend of Klebsiella pneumoniae and provide evidence for using antibiotics. Methods The identification of bacteria were performed using automatic bioanalysisVitek-2, susceptibility test were performed using KirbyBauer methods.ESBLs were detected by disk diffusion methods. Results 117 cases of Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected,ESBLsproducing strains were 59 cases. The sensitive rate of Carbopenems, Piperacillintazobactam and Aminoglycosides 〉 70%,Quinolones 〉 50%,while 3-Cephalosporins 〈 50%. Conclusions Bacteria culture and susceptibility test of Klebsiella pneumoniae were performed, which makes important sense to rational administration of drug.
