摘要
研究型医院理论问世以来,在我国医院管理学界产生了深刻影响。对于中小军队医院而言,紧跟时代要求,必须在更高的起点上创新发展,坚持"小"有所为,走出具有我军特色的研究型中小军队医院建设之路。本文从研究型中小军队医院的建设发展面临的困难出发,分析发展对策,提出建议。
The theory of Research Hospitals had a profound effect on the field of hospital management in China since it came out. As far as small and medium - sized military hospitals are concerned, despite their small scales, it is imperative to innovate and develop for big achievement from a higher starting point while possessing characteristics of military research hospitals. The paper starts from the difficulty analysis on small and medium - sized research military hospital construction and development and strategies, some suggestions and opinions were also put forward here.
