本文总结了在研究型科室建设中的经验,一要坚持将临床工作摆在首位,解决临床难题;二要重视临床基础研究,提高诊治水平;三是追踪国际发展前沿,推动学科发展;四要以国家重大项目为牵引,培养优秀人才;五要开展广泛的合作交流;六要提升科室品牌影响力。
The author summarized the experiences on the establishment of research-oriented clinic department.The following are some of the experiences： highlighting clinical work in the foremost,laying stress on clinical-basic research,following the trail of international research frontiers,paying much attention to talents training in the national major projects,carrying out extensive co-operations and communications,promoting the department＇s brand and influence.
