摘要
电荷耦合器件(CCD)是卫星光通信系统中光信标子系统的关键部件,它的工作性能直接影响着光通信系统的整体性能。在三种典型的缺陷能级下确定了影响电荷转移效率(CTE)性能的俘获时间常数和发射时间常数,得到了电荷转移失效CTI随温度、缺陷能级、读出频率、粒子辐照注量以及信号电荷密度的变化关系,为后续开展卫星光通信系统的空间辐射特性研究奠定了理论基础。
The charge coupled device(CCD) is the key component of the beacon subsystem in optical satellite communication system,so its efficiency determines the performance of the communication system.The capture time constant and emission time constant affecting the charge transfer efficiency under three typical bulk traps were determined.The variations of charge transfer inefficiency with temperature,traps energy,read-out frequency,particle fluence and signal charge density were achieved,which could be the foundation for the further researches of space radiation characteristics of the optical satellite communication system.
