摘要
运用文献资料、比较分析法、举证分析等方法,根据物理学中的v-t(速度-时间)曲线原理,对4×100m接力中交接棒时段的v-t曲线特征进行整理归纳并分类,提出4种不同的交接棒的v-t曲线特征,并绘出了4×100m接力赛中不同交接棒情况下的v-t曲线,经物理学公式计算,得出其前3棒队员在交接棒时段的速度都达到百米途中跑速度的96%以上。研究结果表明,理想的4×100m接力赛的v-t曲线应是一条高而平的运动v-t直线(除起跑阶段外)。此外,结合理想的v-t曲线特征提出了上挑式的交接棒形式和双重信息传递的形式能保证交接棒时段的稳定且连续的高速度,为该项目教练员和运动员在今后的训练和比赛提供积极的理论与实践参考。
By means of literature review,comparative analysis and evidence analysis,applying the principle of the v-t(velocity-time) curve from physics,the authors have sorted out and classified the features of v-t curve during baton exchange in the 4×100m relay,proposed four different features of the v-t curve during baton exchange and drew the v-t curves at different baton exchange situations in the 4×100m relay.And after a calculation by the formulae of physics,it is shown that the speed of the first three runners in the baton exchange have surpassed at least 96% of that of 100m race.The study also indicates that the ideal v-t curve in a 4×100m relay should be a high and flat line(except in the phase of starting).Besides,considering the features of the ideal v-t curve,the authors propose that an upward baton pass form and the exchange form of two directions can guarantee the steadiness and continued high speed during the phrase of baton exchange.The results of the study have offered valuable references of theories and practice for both coaches and athletes in the event in their future training and competitions.
