匹伐他汀钙致肝功能异常一例报告

摘要 患者:男,46岁。为降低总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)而服用匹伐他汀2mg,每晚睡前口服。30天后,实验室检查示:谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)分别由服药前37.9u/l升高至164.7u/l,23.0u/l升高至121.6u/l。停药30天后,ALT和AST均恢复正常。 A 46- year- old man ingested pitvastatin calcium 2mg before bedtime for decreasing the level of total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein ( LDL - c). 30 days later, laboratory tests revealed that his ALT and AST were increased separately from 37. 9u/1 to 164. 7u/1 and from 23. 0u/1 to 121. 6u/1. Thirty days later, the levels of ALT and AST were normal without any treatment.
