摘要
冷阴极荧光灯(CCFL)的伏安特性与齐纳二极管十分相似,可用基于Royer推挽式振荡器的逆变电路驱动CCFL.分析了CCFL的电气特性,在此基础上,进一步描述了CCFL驱动电路的工作原理,并给出了获得高效率驱动电路的器件定量计算公式以及确定各元件参数的步骤和方法。
The V-I feature of CCFL is very similar to Zener's diode,which is usually powered by inverter based on Royerpush-pull oscillator.As the first step,the electrical feature of CCFL was analyzed.Based on that paragraph above,the operating principle of the inverter,which is Royer-based oscillator,was described in detail.The method and step how to determine the electric factor of very elements in the circuit were put forward.By the series of equation given,a high efficient inverter to convert DC to high voltage AC will be gotten.
