摘要
近年来,由于科技与社会经济的发展,我国电力资源短缺缺口较大,传统电网无法缓解电力供需矛盾与人们对电能质量的高要求,智能电网应运而生。遵循全面性、对比性、一致性以及简捷性原则,将智能电网社会效益的定性分析与定量评估相结合,采用对比法对我国智能电网的社会效益系统梳理与评价,有利于促进我国智能电网的发展,推动清洁能源的利用与我国经济社会的可持续发展。
Recently, there is a shortage of power resource in China, The smart grid was born at the right moment that the traditional grid is not able to relieve the contradiction between power supply and people's demand for high quality of power. The rules of comprehensiveness, relative property, consistency and conciseness are obeyed in the paper. Qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation are combined, and the antithesis is applied to analyze and evaluate the social benefits of smart grid in our country. Study of the paper is beneficial to develop the smart grid and the whole economy society in our country and make full use of clean energy.
