摘要
当前关于智能电网的研究多集中于技术层面以及对一国能源战略的影响,有关智能电网对电力运营模式影响的研究尚有待深入,基于此,研究了智能电网建设对中国电力运营模式的作用,探讨了中国实施智能电网的瓶颈和优势,并得出相应的政策启示。
Currently,study on smart grid was mainly focused on the technique and its impact on energy strategy of a country,and smart grid′s effect on model of electric power operation should be further studied.On this basis,the effect of smart grid on China′s model of electric power operation was studied,bottleneck and advantage of building smart grid in China were discussed and corresponding policy enlightenment was also acquired.
