摘要
近年来,由于科技与社会经济的发展,我国电力资源短缺缺口较大,传统电网无法缓解电力供需矛盾与人们对电能质量的高要求,智能电网应运而生。遵循全面性、对比性以及可行性原则,将智能电网的经济效益的定性分析与定量评估相结合,采用对比分析和成本效益相结合的方法对我国智能电网的经济效益系统梳理与评价,有利于促进我国智能电网的发展,推动清洁能源的利用与我国经济社会的可持续发展。
In recent years there is a shortage of power resource in China, thus, the smart grid was born at the right moment that the traditional grid was unable to relieve the contradiction between power supply and demand and satisfy people's demand for high quali- ty of power. Following the rules of comprehensiveness, relative property, and feasibility, the paper makes the combined qualitative a- nalysis and quantitative evaluation for the economic benefits of the smart grid, summarizes and evaluates the economics benefits system of smart grid in China by the method of combining the antitheses analysis and cost efficiency, which is conducive to promoting the de- velopment of the smart grid, clear energy utilization and the sustainable development of the economy and society in China.
