摘要
目的观察扶正解毒化瘀颗粒治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 76例老年社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例,两组均采用西医抗感染治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用扶正解毒化瘀颗粒,对照组加用安慰剂,每次9g,每日3次,两组疗程均为7天。治疗前后进行中医临床症状评分,并评价临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组总有效率为71.1%,对照组总有效率为47.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后各症状积分较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),对照组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、发热、胸闷痛、喘息积分较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05);两组治疗后咯痰、口干咽燥积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后实验室指标未见明显异常,治疗期间未见患者出现不良反应。结论扶正解毒化瘀颗粒治疗老年社区获得性肺炎具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Granules （Granule for reinforcing the healthy qi, detoxify and resolving stasis） for elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia （CAP）. Methods Seventy- six elderly patients with CAP were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 38 in each. The standard anti-in- fective therapy was used in both groups. Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Granule and placebo were added to the treatment group and con- trol group 2 packs once, 3 times a day respectively. The treatment lasted for 7 days. Chinese medical symptom scores, clinical effect and safety were observed before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 71.1% and 47.4% respectively, the difference between was statistically significant （P^0. 05）. After the treatment, the symptom scores were all significantly decreased in the treatment group （P（0.05）, while the scores of cough, expectoration, fever, chest distress, chest pain and wheeze were signifieantly decreased in the control group （P^0. 05）. The scores of expectoration and dry mouth were significantly different between groups after the treatment （P^0.05）. There was no obvious laboratory abnormality or adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Granule has better therapeutic effect for the elderly patients with CAP.
