摘要
法国彝学是在天主教的传播和殖民势力的扩张共同作用下促成的学科。它以彝文化一致性为前提,遵循如下原则进行研究:以汉籍为主要依据,结合彝文本和碑文来识别族群,推测历史变迁;对语言进行共时比较研究;以复述传说的方式探讨族源;观察和记录社会风俗习惯;使用体质人类学方法测量人种特征。法国彝学的族群识别,有着早期殖民利益介入的企图,考虑到彝族群内部的文化趋同,隐含了一种文化融合研究重于种族甄别的描述性研究模式。
Yi Studies in France had been a discipline attributed to dissemination of Catholic and expansion of colonial forces.On the basis of a hypothesis of Yi cultural coherence,French Yi Studies had been carried on according to the following principles:combination of Han's classic with Yi's texts and inscriptions in order to identify Yi and speculate its historical vicissitude;synchronic description of language;interpretation of race source through the repetition of legend;observation of Yi's custom;and measuration of race features by methods of physical anthropology.French Yi Studies which has its early attempt of colonial intervention takes into account the internal cultural convergence of Yi,and implies a descriptive study model emphasizing cultural fusion prior to race differentiation.
