补肾壮骨颗粒对骨质疏松大鼠骨组织计量学的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察补肾壮骨颗粒对骨质疏松症雄性与雌性大鼠的骨组织计量学的影响,探讨该药对不同性别大鼠骨质疏松症疗效差异的机制。方法雄性大鼠54只,雌性大鼠58只,各设假手术组、模型组、阳性药组及补肾壮骨颗粒高、低剂量组。采用去势方法造成大鼠骨质疏松模型。给药13周,观察不同性别各组大鼠骨组织计量学指标的变化。结果与模型组比较,补肾壮骨颗粒高剂量组雌性大鼠骨小梁面积百分比有增加趋势(P>0.05),骨小梁数目明显增加(P<0.05),分离度明显减少(P<0.05);而高剂量组雄性大鼠各指标均未见明显改变(P>0.05)。结论补肾壮骨颗粒可改善去势造成的骨质疏松雌性大鼠模型的骨组织计量学指标,对雄性大鼠则无明显作用。 Objective To observe the effects of Bushen Zhuanggu Granules on bone histomorphometry of female and male rats with emasculation-induced osteoporosis,to discuss the mechanism of different effect on different gender.Methods Fifty-four male rats and 58 female rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group,model group,positive-drug control group,high-dosage and low-dosage of Bushen Zhuanggu Granules group separately.Osteoporosis model was made by emasculation.The duration of administration was 13 weeks.The changes of indices of bone histomorphometry were observed.Results Compared with female model group,the female high-dosage group displayed an increasing tendency of the percentage of bone area(P〈0.05),significant increase of bone volume(P〈0.05) and significant reduction of trabecular separation(P〈0.05),while the male high-dosage group didn't display improvement of these indices(P〈0.05).Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu Granules can improve bone histomorphometry indices of female rats with emasculation-induced osteoporosis,while has no effect on male rats.
