摘要
人们往往只关注设计的结果,关心设计品的最终形态和功能,却对设计思考的过程和设计求解的途径漠不关心。事实上,形态和功能只是解决问题的手段,设计作为一种解决问题的工具,除了可以用"硬件"解决问题,还可以用"软件"解决问题。所以,只有从广义设计的视野,抬高看问题的视角,放大思考问题的格局,才能获得整体优化的解决策略。并且,也只有如此,才能避免片面地"头疼医头、脚疼医脚",而是应立足于整体和本质,对现实问题谋求改善。
We tend to pay more attention to the result of design, the final form and the function, whereas we have neglected the design process and the path a designer went through to find the solution. In fact, form and function only serve as the means to solve the problems. Design, as a tool, could solve the problem with the ＂software＂ as well as with the ＂hardware＂. Therefore, we can get a holistic and optimal problem-solving strategy from the general design perspective, which could broaden our horizon and think help us to about the solution with an open mind. Only in this way can we avert one sided views and seek to improve the current situation while taking into consideration the overall situation and the nature of the problem.
