摘要
采用镀锌钢板点焊、试样拉伸、焊点凹陷测量等试验方法 ,进一步了解镀锌钢的点焊焊接性能 ,以正交设计和方差分析法对点焊工艺进行优化 。
Spot welding is carried out with galvanized steel plate.Sample drawing,measuring test of welding point hollow.Further understand the welding performance of the spot welding of galvanized steel plate.Use cross design and mathematical method of square difference analysis,selecting optimum welding technology parameter.
