摘要
采用DN-100型固定式点焊机、金相显微镜研究了焊接电流对铝合金接头宏观断口和显微断口形貌、组织的影响规律。结果表明:随着焊接电流的增大,断口直径依次增大。拉应力增加,熔核区的硬度均低于母材。
The effect of welding current on macroscopic and micrographic apperance of aluminium alloy welded joint and microstructure of the fracture was studied by using DN-1 O0 stationary type spot welding machine and metallographic microscope. The results show that the fracture diameter will increase when the welding current is high. The hardness of the nut will lower than the base metal when the stress increases.
