摘要
在西方管理思想的发展过程中,相继产生了"经济人"、"社会人"、"自我实现人"、"复杂人"以及"文化人"这几个重要的人性假设。这些人性假设理论是顺应时代的发展需要而产生的,对其后的管理理论产生了较大的影响。
In the development of managing theories in the West, there have emerged many important hypotheses on humanity, including the economic being, the social being, the being of self realization, the complicated being and the cultural being. All of them are the result of the development of times, and they have exerted great influence upon the theories of management that come after them.
