摘要
为了合成二十二碳六烯酸 (DHA)和二十碳五烯酸 (EPA)的卵磷脂 (PC) ,筛选得到了一株产脂肪酶的少根根霉M - 0 1 (RhizopusarrhizusFischerM 0 1 ) 。用该菌株的处理菌体催化多烯不饱和脂肪酸与卵磷脂进行酸解反应 ,制备DHA/EPA型卵磷脂。酸解反应在正己烷介质中进行 ,35℃下反应 48h。结果显示反应后的卵磷脂中DHA与EPA含量分别达到 5.35%和 6.76%。
In order to synthesize the phosphatidylcholine (PC) containing docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), we find the strain producing lipase by screening and identified as rhizopus arrhizus Fischer M 01.DHA/EPA riched PC is prepared by using treated biomass of the R. arrhizus Fischer M 01, which catalyzed acidolysis between PC and ω 3 highly unsaturated fatty acids. The reaction acidolysis is carried in n hexane medium at 35?℃for 48?h. The result indicates that the contents of DHA and EPA in PC after acidolysis reaction have reached 5.35% and 6.76% respectively.
