摘要
目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的关系。方法测定15例健康对照者,18例2型糖尿病无DR患者(NDR组),27例2型糖尿病伴背景型视网膜病变者(BDR组),及25例2型糖尿病伴增生型视网膜病变者(PDR组)血浆Hcy水平。结果血浆Hcy含量在正常对照组及NDR组、BDR组、PDR组浓度依次增高,且两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆Hcy可能参与了糖尿病视网膜病变的发病,可望为糖尿病视网膜病变的防治提供新的方向。
Objective： To investigate the relationship of plasma homocysteine（Hcy） and type 2 diabetic retinopathy.Methods： Plasma Hcy level was measured in 70 diabetic and 15 normal subjects.Results： The levels of Hcy in plasma in the normal control group,NDR group,BDR group and PDR group were increased gradually,and pairwise comparisons were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion： Hcy may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy.It is expected to provide the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy in a new direction.
