摘要
目的:探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变(DR)与微量白蛋白尿(MA)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CA-IMT)的关系。方法:筛选92例初诊2型糖尿病患者,根据眼底检查结果,分为DR组46例,无糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR)组46例,测定其MA和CA-IMT,观察2组患者的空腹及餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂(包括胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯)、血压及体质指数。结果:2组患者的年龄、体质指数、空腹血糖、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(t分别为1.156,0.970,0.489,-0.489,-0.474及-0.242,P均>0.05);DR组的收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于NDR组(t=2.73,3.02,2.074和2.359,P均<0.05);DR组的MA和CA-IMT高于NDR组(t=3.10和3.65,P<0.01)。结论:初发2型糖尿病DR与CA-IMT、MA有关。
Aim: To explore the relationship between diabetic retinopathy(DR) in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus and CA-IMT, MA. Methods:A total of 92 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to the examination of eyegroud, 46 patients with DR ( DR groups) , 46 patients without DR ( NDR group). Albumin,CA-IMT, FBG, PBG, HbAle, CHO, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, BMI and BP were mearsured and analyzed. Results: There was no difference in age, BMI ,FBG, PBG and HbAlc of the two groups ( t was 1. 156,0. 970,0. 489, - 0. 489, - 0. 474, and - 0. 242, P 〉 0.05 ). The BP, TG and LDL-C of DR group were higher tban those of NDR group ( t = 2.73,3.02,2. 074, and 2. 359, P 〈 0.05 ). The albumin and CA-IMT of DR group were higher obviously than the NDR group(t = 3.10 and 3.65 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:DR in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus had significant correlation with CA-IMT and MA.
