摘要
介绍一款以STM32处理器为核心的智能巡线小车的控制系统设计,研究了采用红外检测电路采集路径信息从而实现自动巡迹的设计方法。该系统硬件主要包括光电检测电路、主控电路、电机驱动电路、舵机驱动电路等。智能巡线小车由后轮电机驱动,根据红外对管采集到的地面信息确定车体位置,由前轮舵机做出快速纠偏调整,使小车能够很好地按照事先铺好的跑道行进。经测试,红外检测加舵机调整的智能车在轨道式巡迹中能够快速、准确地完成自动巡线任务。
An intelligent line-tracking car with STM32 processor as its core is introduced,and studies the way to collect the path information based on the infrared detection circuit is proposed,which can realize the automatic line-tracking.The hardware of this system consists of the photoelectric detection circuit,the main control circuit,the motor drive circuit and the steering engine drive circuit et al.This intelligent line-tracking car uses the rear wheel drive and determines the car position according to the ground information collected by infrared emitting diode and photodiode.After the fast action adjustment by front wheel steering engine,the car can walk well the runway paved in advance.After the test,this intelligent car using infrared testing and steering engine adjustment can complete the automatic line-tracking task quickly and accurately in the line-tracking task.
