摘要
改革是发展的动力,一轮又一轮的教育改革,极大地推动了教育的繁荣和发展。但是在教育改革体系中也出现了许多问题,使得教育改革频频出现循环与钟摆现象,其中最为突出的问题是教育体制改革、教育公平追求和素质教育推行等方面的问题。究其原因,主要是传统文化劣根性的消极影响。因此,我国的教育改革必须从文化入手,对传统文化中的不足之处进行改造与超越,重建符合时代发展的新文化,合理借鉴西方文化,从而促使教育改革顺利进行。
Reform is the driving force of development. Round and round of education reform has greatly pushed forward the development and prosperity of education. However, a lot of problems have arisen in the educational reform system, which has resulted in the phenomenon of frequent cycling and pendulum, and the main ones are the reform of educational system, the pursuit of educational equality and the advancement of quality education. The main reason is the negative effect of shortcomings rooted in the traditional culture. Therefore, we should carry out our reform beginning with the culture. The deficiencies in the traditional culture should be reformed and transcended, new culture should be rebuilt in accordance with the development of the times, and western culture should be learned from reasonably, so that education reform will go on smoothly.
