摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者神经肽Y与C反应蛋白变化的临床意义。方法检测38例急性脑出血患者(CH组)、36例脑梗死患者(CI组)、35例同期非脑出血非脑梗死住院志愿者(对照组)的血浆神经肽Y及CRP含量。在患者入院当天和发病第4周时进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)评定。结果 CI组和CH组血浆NPY和CRP含量明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院时NDS评定属重型患者的血浆NPY和CRP含量高于中型、轻型患者(P<0.05),其差异具有统计学意义;中型患者血浆NPY和CRP含量高于轻型患者(P<0.01),其差异具有统计学意义。血浆NPY和CRP含量异常组患者住院4周时优良率明显低于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CI、CH患者血浆NPY和CRP水平明显升高,病情越重的患者升高越明显,且其预后相对越差。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of plasma neuro-peptide Y(NPY) levels and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction. Methods Plasma NPY levels and CRP were measured in such cases as 38 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (CH group) ,36 patients with acute cerebral infarction (CI group) and 35 patients with no cerebral hemorrhage either no cerebral infarction ( control group) between Oct 2008 and Oct 2010. All patients had been scored at first day and fourth week by clinical neurological function deficit scores (NDS) when admitted hospi- tal. Results The levels of both plasma NPY and CRP in both CI group and CH group were higher markedly than those in control group, the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of both plasma NPY and CRP in the patients in heavy-du- ty basing on NDS were higher than those in medium-duty or in slight-duty patients, the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). The~ levels of both plasma NPY and CRP in the medium-duty was higher than those in slight-duty patients, the difference had statistical significance( P 〈 0.05 ). The rats of both excellent and good in both CI group and CH group with abnormal plasma levels of NPY and CRP were lower than those in the control group at fourth week, the difference had statistical significance(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The levels of both plasma NPY and CRP significantly increased in the patients with CI or CH, and the higher levels of both plasma NPY and CRP, the more serious pathogenetic condition, the worse prognosis in the patients.
