摘要
伴随着城市化、工业化的发展,城市边界不断从中心区向外扩展延伸,城中村得以产生,形成了颇具中国特色的土地利用二元结构。在经济快速发展地区,城中村改造是存量土地盘活的主要来源之一,改造的核心则是城市化过程中土地增值收益的整合和重新分配。
Along with the development of urbanization and industrialization,urban boundary constantly extends outward from central region and the urban village appears,forming land use dual structure with Chinese characteristics.Urban village transformation becomes one of the main resources in vitalizing the stock land,especially in the rapid economic development area.And the core of the transformation is the integration and redistribution of land increment income in the urbanization process.
