摘要
对城中村改造参与方及其利益进行了分析,在考虑各参与方利益诉求的基础上,引入层次分析法和模糊数学法,建立一种可将各种效益量化的评价指标体系,为决策者提供决策参考工具。
The participations and their benefits in renovation of city villages are analyzed. Based uupon considerations of benefit demands of participations analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematic method are introduced. One evaluation index system is established, which can realize quantization evaluation of benefits to provide references for decision maker.
