摘要
目的:通过统计方法的综合应用,提高新型农村合作医疗制度(简称新农合)综合评价结果的准确性和科学性。方法:应用密切值法对潍坊市六地区2008年新农合运行情况进行综合评价,结合秩和比(RSR)法进行分档分析。结果:两种方法评价结果基本一致。结论:两种方法的综合运用,不仅保持了密切值法计算简便准确的特点,而且还可以应用法对评价对象进行分档分析,提高了评价结果的准确性和科学性。
Objective： In order to improve the accuracy and scientific of the comprehensive evaluation results of New Rural Cooperative Medical System （NRCMS） by using comprehensive application of statistical methods. Methods： By using Osculation Value Method for the comprehensive evaluation to the running situation about NRCMS of Weifang in 2008, and analyzed with RSR Method. Results： The results of comprehensive evaluations are basic agreement. Conclusion： The comprehensive application of the two methods can not only keep the characteristic of he simple and accurate to calculate, but also classify the object into different grades to improve the accuracy and scientific of the comprehensive evaluation results.
