摘要
文章利用河南省2001年度8个地级市工业企业经济效益的统计资料,讨论了TOPSIS法的原理和评价过程,并用秩和比法对评价结果进行分档归类。表明TOPSIS法对多变量资料的分析评价比较符合实际情况。TOPSIS法在经济领域有一定实用价值,可以为科学管理提供决策依据。
TOPSIS is a kind of daily decision technology in system engineering.This article has expounded the application of TOPSIS in the comprehensive appraisal in the field of industral economic benefits through an example.This article also made an expanded analysis to the criterion through the idea of RSR,which have the characterstic of ocular ,fixed quantity and accurate.Author thinks that TOPSIS has a certain practical value to the work quality and the comprehensive appraisal of the economic benefits in the field of economy.
