摘要
创新能力不足是珠三角块状经济转型升级面临的核心问题,这主要是因为构成珠三角块状经济的主体是中小企业,提高中小企业创新能力是促进珠三角块状经济转型升级的突破口。中小企业创新能力的提高有赖于一个强大的科技服务平台。本文借助KPO理论,提出了通过发展KPO带动中小企业创新进而促进珠三角块状经济转型升级的对策建议。
Innovational insufficiency is a bottleneck of the transformation and upgrading of Pearl River Delta （PRD） region＇s massive economy. This is because the mainstream of massive economy in the PRD region consists of small and medi-um-sized enterprises. So enhancing innovative ability of small and medium-sized enterprises is an icebreaking way to advance the transformation of massive economy in PRD region-this relies on the establishment of a mighty platform of S＆T services. Based on the theories of KPO （Knowledge Process Outsourcing）, the paper suggests that one feasible way of transforming and upgrading the PRD region＇s massive economy is to adopt KPO to promote the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
