摘要
中小企业在国民经济发展中起着重要的作用,但是中小企业由于本身的特点,在发展过程中面临各种障碍。中小企业的发展需要政府的大力扶持。意大利政府在扶持重点、财政补贴、税收优惠、提供低息贷款、技术帮助和信息服务等方面有其鲜明的特点,为我国推动中小企业发展提供了重要的借鉴意义。
Median- and small-sized enterprises play an important role in the national economy. However, they may meet with many problems, and need the support from the government. The Italian government is supportive to its median- and small-sized enterprises in various ways such as low interest loan, tax favor, information sharing, technological guidance and so on, which have many implications for the Chinese government.
