摘要
长期以来,校企合作普遍存在学校热、企业冷的现象,其中一个重要原因是双方往往站在学校角度来思考问题。从企业需求视角出发,在政府、行业、学校等不同层面建立校企合作机制,其中政府行为是动用多元杠杆,统筹各方利益;行业行为是积极指导合作,制定标准;学校行为是主动开展合作,适应企业需要。
The phenomenon of "schools extremely are interested in while enterprises disregarded" school-enterprise cooper- ation is widespread for a long time. One of important reasons is that the school-enterprise cooperation is mostly starting from the angle of schools during the period of cooperation. Starting from the perspective of enterprises' needs, the mecha- nism of school-enterprise cooperation in different levels of government, industry and school should be established. Of which, the government behavior is to use muhiple lever to give consideration to interests of all parties, industry behavior is to actively guide the cooperation, and school behavior is to cooperate initiatively to adapt to enterprises' demand.
