摘要
目前我国各高职院校产学研合作状况不容乐观，建立长效机制已成为高职教育产学研合作的关键。针对高职教育产学研合作中存在的投资机制不完善、驱动机制不完善、约束机制不健全、政府在推动产学研合作方面的作用没有得到充分发挥等问题，应构建政府、高职院校、企业之间的动力机制、调控机制、保障与激励机制、评价机制，以确保产学研合作顺利进行。
The present situation of industry -teaching -research cooperation is not optimistic, ltg predominant to set up a long - term mechanism for the industry - teaching - research cooperation in higher vocational education. Aiming at the limitation of investment mechanism, driving mechanism , restricted mechanism and governmeutg function not being fully played in promoting the industry - teaching - research cooperation, dynamic mechanism, regulating mechanism , security and motivation mechanism and evaluation mechanism should be established among the government, higher vocational schools and enterprises to ensure the industry- teaching- research cooperation going successfully.
