摘要
本文综述了肝脏5-羟色胺相关系统与肝损伤、肝再生、非酒精性脂肪肝及非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的关系,展望了5-羟色胺受体、转运体等作为新型治疗肝脏疾病的作用靶点的潜力。
This paper mainly reviews the relationship between hepatic 5-HT-related system and liver injury, liver regeneration and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and prospects that 5-HT receptors and serotonin transporters may be classes of potential new targets for treatment of liver diseases.
