摘要
目的探讨肝病患者血清中N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(-βNAG)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)、脯氨酸肽酶(PLD)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性变化与肝纤维化的关系。方法采用速率法检测以上各种酶的活性。结果肝病组各种酶的活性与正常对照组差异性显著(P<0.01)。肝硬化组又与其它肝病组存在显著性差异(P<0.01),发现-βNAG、MAO及PLD与肝纤维化程度呈正相关。SOD活性与肝纤维化程度呈明显负相关。结论-βNAG、MAO、PLD及SOD与肝纤维化程度相关性显著,可以作为检测肝纤维化程度的良好指标。
Objective To investigate the relationslfip between liver fibrosis and the activity of β-NAG, MAO, PLD and SOD in patients blood serum. Methods The activity of enzymes were measured respectively with Kinetic methods. Results There are significantly disparity(vs the controls; vs liver cirrhosis) ;There is a positive correlation between liver fibrosis and β-NAG, MAO, PLD, and a negative correlation with SOD. Conclusion There are strong correlation between the activity of β-NAG, MAO, PLD and SOD and the degree of liver fibrosis, and they are the sensitive index for measuring liver fibrosis.
