摘要
文章研究了高层住宅中预应力混凝土叠合板的拼缝连接方式,以及预应力混凝土叠合板与主体结构连接的构造加强措施。相关方法和措施弥补了预应力混凝土叠合板相对于现浇楼盖在平面内刚度的不足,以及相连结构构件整体性较差导致的抗震性能不足,从而有效地提高了建筑物的空间整体性能、抗震性能,并改善了结构水平力的传递,使预应力混凝土叠合板在高层建筑中的应用满足了相应规范的要求。文章为建设大规模装配式高层住宅提供了切实可行的理论与方法,因而具有广阔的应用前景。
We studied the splice methods of prestressed concrete composite slab in high-rise buildings as well as the strengthen measures of the connection between prestressed concrete composite slab and main structures.These methods and measures make up for the stiffness limitations of prestressed concrete composite slab in floor plane compared with cast-in-situ roof,and also compensate for the limitations of seismic performance which stem from the overall defect in structural connections.Consequently,this study improves the overall performance of the building space and the level of seismic performance,also help the horizontal forces transmit effectively.As a result,the applications of prestressed concrete composite slab in high-rise residence satisfy the requirements of relevant codes well.This article provides several practical theories and methods to build prefabricated high-rise residences with large-scale,which has broad application prospects.
