摘要
装配式混凝土楼面结构采用预制预应力混凝土叠合板短线法生产和安装施工技术,与长线法预应力叠合板进行对比,具有技术先进、工作效率高、节约材料与人工等特点。重点介绍了叠合板钢模台支设、短线台座法预应力张拉、混凝土浇筑、养护、运输堆放、施工现场安装等工艺。经力学性能检测和实践应用,具有良好的效果。
Precast concrete floor structure use precast prestressed concrete laminated slab short-bed production and installation technology. Compared with the long-bed method of prestressed laminated slab, the short-bed method has advanced technology with high productivity, saving material and labor, and other characteristics.
