摘要
介绍了《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)的主要修订内容,对部分内容做了较为详细的解释。主要包括高层建筑混凝土结构的适用范围、结构平面和竖向布置的规则性、房屋最大适用高度、侧向位移限制条件、结构舒适度、结构抗震性能设计、结构弹塑性分析及薄弱层弹塑性变形验算、结构抗连续倒塌设计原则、结构抗震等级、框架结构、框架-剪力墙结构、剪力墙结构、筒体结构、复杂高层建筑结构、混合结构、地下室设计等内容,供有关科研、设计人员参考。
The main revised items of the Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ 3—2010) are introduced,and some of them are explained in detail.The contents include the scope,the regularities of structural layout and vertical arrangement,the building height limitations,the limitations of story drift and comfort,the performance based structural seismic design,the structural elasto-plastic analysis and check of story drift of weak /soft stories,the rules of preventing structural progressive collapse,the seismic design grade of structural members,the design of frame structure,frame-shear wall structure,shear wall structure,tube structure,complicated tall building structures,steel-concrete mixed structures,and the design of basement,etc.It could be taken as reference by the relevant designers and researchers.
