摘要
课程建设是幼儿园教师继续教育的核心。专业选修课的建设与幼儿园教师个性化专业发展需求的满足和区域内学前教育事业的全面发展密切相关,在整个继续教育课程建设中应占据重要地位。深入分析上海市某区“十一五”期间幼儿园教师继续教育专业选修课的内容,我们发现,涉及五大领域的继续教育课程内容占一定优势,但领域之间在结构上严重失衡,涉及游戏指导类的继续教育课程内容很少。为此,我们认为,要构建一个适应新的时代发展需要的幼儿园教师继续教育课程体系,需要注重规划,统筹课程资源;丰富课程类型,创新课程形式;提供引导支持,以切实提高课程质量。
Curriculum development is the core of continuous education for preschool teachers. Selective courses development, which is closely related to the need of individualized needs and to the all-round development of preschool education, plays an important role in the curriculum development. Study of the selective courses for preschool teachers' continuous education during a "Eleventh Five Years Program" of a district in Shanghai found that curriculum content involving 5 areas was somewhat predominant but severe imbalance existed between structures of different areas in that courses on play instruction was scarce. Accordingly we believe that in order to construct a curriculum system suitable for the new era we need to make an overall plan for the curriculum resources, to enrich the course types and innovate course form and to offer support for improving the quality of the curriculum.
