准分子激光对304不锈钢表面的改性研究

摘要 将深紫外波段的248 nm的KrF准分子激光作用于304不锈钢,通过调制激光能量、脉冲频率、轰击时间等实验参数,研究了不同参数下的样品表面硬度及表面显微形貌,探讨了激光处理后的材料表面硬度和激光参数以及表面显微形貌之间的关系,分析了激光表面处理对304不锈钢硬度调制的优化参数. The surface modification of Stainless steel 304 by KrF(A = 248 nm) excimer laser was researched in this paper. With changing the laser energy, pulse frequency and bombardment time, the test materials were polished, and their surface microhardness and micro appearance were measured under different parameters processing. Through experiment, we discussed the relationships among the microhardness, laser processing parameters and surface micro appearance on the stainless steel surface. The optimal parameters of laser treatment which are modulated the surface hardness of samples have also been analyzed.
