摘要
为合理评估不同的设施规划与设计、行人交通组织、运营管理等方案对综合交通枢纽运营水平的影响,结合行人交通仿真工具,从安全性、经济性、舒适性等3个方面选取指标,构建了基于仿真方法的动态运营水平评价指标体系.利用物元分析原理和运筹学中理想点法思想,建立了综合交通枢纽运营水平评价的物元分析模型,应用变异系数法确定评价指标的权重.实际工程中应用表明,该评价方法能够较为全面、精确的反映综合交通枢纽的运营水平,具有较强的可操作性.
Intermodal terminals are key points of urban transportation system.Quantitative evaluations should be done before planning,design,and management scenarios of intermodal terminals are carried out.Because traditional evaluation indicators were all based on fixed value or experience,dynamic effect caused by pedestrian congestion and various facility combination cannot be reflected.Based on the analysis results of simulation tool,dynamic evaluation indicators system was proposed to reflect the operation status of intermodal terminals in the view of point of safety,cost-efficiency and comfort.In order to figure out the best scenario,matter-element analysis was used to evaluate different scenarios.The weights of the indicators were determined by variation coefficient method.A pedestrian simulation model of an intermodal terminal in Beijing was built and analyzed to demonstrate how to use this indicators system and evaluation method.The application result showed that the dynamic evaluation indicators system was operational and could reflected the operation efficiency of intermodal terminal comprehensively and precisely.
