摘要 在固定剪切时间、转速和乳化剂含量的前提下,研究了热贮、冷贮及黄原胶对农药水乳剂粒度分布的影响。检测仪器为BT–9300H型激光粒度分布仪,所用农药水乳剂为实验室研制的10%联苯菊酯水乳剂和10%高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂。试验结果表明,热贮后两种水乳剂的粒度分布呈增大趋势,D50增大范围为0.05~0.10?m,跨距增大0.10左右;冷贮对二者影响不大。添加不同含量的黄原胶后,水乳剂粒度分布变化明显,其中D50先增大后减小,跨度区间约为0.30?m,跨距则先减小后增大,浮动范围为0.50~0.80。 This test measured the particle size distribution of pesticide EW after the heating and cold storage, as well as adding xanthan gum in the premise of settling shearing speed and time and the content of emulsifier. The measuring equipment is BT-9300H laser particle size measurement. The EW are bifenthrin 10% EW and beta-cypermethrin 10% EW, which was developed in the laboratory. The results showed that after the heating storage the EW particle size distribution had a tiny increase, the D50 increased 0.05-0.10 μm, the distribution increased about 0.10; but there were not obvious changes of EW particle size distribution after the cold storage. Adding the xanthan gum, the EW particle size became larger at first, and then turned smaller, in the meantime, the distribution got smaller first and larger later, the fluctuation region of D50 and distribution were 0.30 μm and 0.50-0.80, respectively.
