摘要
以光活化杀虫剂2,5-二苯基噻吩为芯材,明胶、阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备2,5-二苯基噻吩微胶囊剂,研究并确定了微胶囊化的最佳工艺条件.结果表明:明胶、阿拉伯胶水溶液复凝聚反应时,控制pH=4.2,温度为45℃,搅拌速度为1 500r·min-1的条件,混合搅拌20min所制备的微胶囊药效最佳,平均粒径为4.92μm,包封率可达70.53%.
Abstract: 2,5- Diphenylthiophene microcapsule was prepared with gelatin and arabic gum as wall materials and 2,5 - diphenylthiophene as microcapsule core by complex coacervation method. The optimal preparation process condition was obtained by the experiment. The results indicate the opti- mal preparation process condition is: reaction temperature being 45 ℃, pH being 4.2, time for complex coacervation method being 20 rain and stirring revolutions being 1 500 r ·min-1. Uniform spherical microcapsules are thus obtained with an average particle size of 4.92μm. The encapsula- tion efficiency is up to 70.53 %.
