摘要
积极心理健康教育是高校心理健康教育工作的新模式。该模式的核心内容是培养学生的积极心理品质。本文以某职业学院和某大学的学生为样本,对高职学生积极心理品质发展现状进行测查,结果表明:高职生的积极心理品质总体状况良好。六大维度的得分均显著高于全国大学生,并与普通大学生相比无显著差异。在20项积极心理品质中,高职生发展最好的五项品质为心灵触动、团队精神、感受爱、真诚、爱与善良;最差的五项品质为创造力、勇敢坚持、热爱学习、自制、领导能力。高职生在社交智慧上得分显著高于普通大学生。但在好奇心、宽容和心灵触动上得分却显著低于普通大学生。在创造力、爱学习等13项积极心理品质上的得分显著高于全国大学生,且大多差异极显著。在高职生群体内部也存在年级和性别上的差异。针对结果,提出了在高职院校开展积极心理健康教育的对策。
Positive mental health education,a new mode of mental health education in institutions of higher learning,focuses on the cultivation of college students' positive mental quality.This study aims to probe into the current situation of the positive mental quality of certain students in a vocational college and a university.According to the results,the students surveyed show a high level of positive mental quality.They score significantly higher than the average national level in six dimensions.These vocational college students score the highest in the following 5 items of mental quality(out of 20 items): soul touching,team spirit,the feeling of love,sincerity,and love plus kindness,and the lowest in other 5 items: creativity,braveness plus perseverance,love of learning,self-control,and leadership.Additionally,they score significantly higher than students from ordinary colleges and universities in social intelligence,but significantly lower in curiosity,inclusiveness and soul touching.Moreover,they score significantly higher than the average national level in creativity,love of learning,and other 11 items of positive mental health quality,but they show difference between themselves in academic years and gender.Based on these results,the article gives suggestions on positive mental health education in vocational colleges.
