摘要
采用SCL—90量表(症状自评清单),对某大学随机抽取的187名在校大学生进行测查。结果表明,SCL—90各因子达到或超过中度痛苦水平的人次占25.67%;大学生在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执等因子上与全国正常人常模比较存在显著性差异。心理健康总体水平较低。引起这种现状的原因是多方面的,本文主要从大学生自身以及学校、家庭、社会等四大影响因素来分析。并针对这些原因进一步探讨相应的对策。
The survey of 187 students randomly chosen in a college with SCL- 90（Symptom Check List 90） shows that 25.67% students are at the moderate agony level or more and that there exists significant difference between college students and the normal pattern of ordinary people in the factors of Obsessive- Compulsive, Depression, Anxiety, Terror and Bigotry. The low level of their mental health is resulted from many ways. The paper analyzes the four affecting factors of students themselves, colleges, family and society and makes a further probe into the countermeasures.
