摘要
目的探讨情景缺陷教学法在护理操作培训中的应用效果。方法对79名实验组全日制大专护生采取情景缺陷教学法进行培训,并与采用传统培训模式即老师授课、自行训练相结合的对照组护生进行比较。结果对照组与实验组在操作技能和患者满意度方面比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而在理论知识方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过情景缺陷教学法进行护理操作的培训,能提高实习护生的操作技能和患者的满意度,保证操作实施时间,达到更好的培训效果。
Objective To evaluate the effects of the scene defect teaching in nursing operation training. Method A total of 79 trainees received training according to the scene defect teaching model. The traditional training model was adopted in the control group, including lectures and anthropomorphic training. Then the effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in operation skill score and the patients' satisfaction between the control group and the experimental group (P 〈 0.01 ). But the difference of theoretical knowledge was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The Scene defect teaching model can enhance the ability of the operating skill and the degree of patients Jsatisfaction,ensure the operation time, so as to achieve better effects.
