摘要
目的探索以层级管理的培训师为主导的新型护理操作技能培训考核方法与效果。方法成立院级护理操作技能培训考核领导小组,确定培训项目,筛选院级培训师、科级培训师,明确职责,实行层级管理,实施同质化培训与考核,并与绩效考核挂钩。结果护士护理操作考核合格率和对护理操作技能培训考核的满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论基于层级管理的操作技能培训师模式能规范护理操作流程,提高考核合格率,提高护士对操作技能培训的满意度。
Objective To explore the methods and effectiveness of new type nursing skills training and examination led by trainers in the stratified management. Methods Measures were implemented including establishing a leading group of nursing skills training and examination in the hospital,screening trainers of the hospital and clinical department, defining responsibilities clearly, conducting stratified management and making links to performance appraisal. Results The pass rate and satisfaction of nursing skills improved in nurses ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Trainer model based on stratified management in nursing skills training can standardize nursing skills procedures, improve pass rate and nurses satisfaction.
