运用复方r-氨基丁酸增加分泌生长激素的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨应用复方r-氨基丁酸通过口服促进少年儿童垂体增加分泌生长激素的效果。方法:(1)动物实验。以0.25g/kg、0.75g/kg、1.25g/kg剂量兔子口服。以0.75g/kg、1.25g/kg剂量兔子皮下注射。(2)人体观察。取正常生长发育中偏矮的儿童,口服观察。结果:参加实验的动物,体内的GH量均随着给药量的增加与时间的推移而增加,其中最高峰值91.04和96.85ng/ml。在人体实验者中也见GH量增长情况,最高峰值达到15.8ng/ml。结论:复方r-氨基丁酸具有促进垂体增加分泌生长激素促进矮小少年儿童长高与快长高的作用。 Objective:To study the effect of oral administration of GABACO on the increase of growth hormone releasing of swine pituitary cells in juvenile.Methods:Animal experiments:one group of rabbits were fed orally with 0.25g/kg、0.75g/kg、1.25g/kg GABACO.The other group of rabbits was given 0.75g/kg、1.25g/kg GABACO by hypodermic injection.Human trial:observe the response of short figure children with normal growth and development after taking GABACO orally.Results:In all the experiment animals,the concentration of serum growth hormone increases significantly with the increase of time and dose,and the highest is reach to 91.04 and 96.85ng/ml.In the human trial,it also shows that the concentration of serum growth hormone increases remarkably,with the hightest reaching to 15.8ng/ml.Conclusion:GABACO can accelerate growth hormone releasing of swine pituitary cells and help short juvenile growing faster and taller.
