补喂γ-氨基丁酸对哺乳期伊犁马驹生长发育及血浆相关激素水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究补喂不同剂量γ-氨基丁酸(GABA),对哺乳期伊犁马驹生长性能及血浆相关激素水平的影响,为γ-氨基丁酸在哺乳期马驹生长发育中的应用提供参考。【方法】选取2~3月龄健康哺乳期伊犁马驹20匹进行试验。按体重相近、公母对等原则分为4组,每组5匹,分别为对照组(基础日粮)、试验Ⅰ组(基础日粮+40 mg/d/foal GABA)、试验Ⅱ组(基础日粮+80 mg/d/foal GABA)和试验Ⅲ组(基础日粮+120mg/d/foal GABA)。试验第0、30、60和90 d时分别在下午18:00、18:30和20:00进行马驹颈静脉血液采集、体尺测量及称重,血液激素指标用试剂盒法测定。【结果】试验90 d后相比对照组,试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ马驹平均日增重分别提高18.07%(P>0.05)和6.02%(P>0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组日增体高分别提高25%(P<0.01)、25%(P<0.01)和35%(P<0.01),在试验第30 d时试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血浆GH水平分别提高4.35%(P>0.05)、10.72%(P>0.05)、10.43%(P>0.05),在试验第90 d时,试验Ⅱ组马驹血浆NPY水平高于对照组38.03%(P<0.01)。【结论】补喂GABA可提高哺乳期马驹生长性能,以补喂80 mg/d GABA效果最佳。此外,GABA主要可能通过NPY、GH的调节对哺乳期马驹生长发育进行调控。 【Objective】This study aims to determine the effects of different doses of GABA to nursing foals on growth performance and plasma hormone levels for purpose of providing references for the application of GABA in nursing foal growth and development.【Method】20 healthy Yili nursing foals aged 2 ~ 3 months were chosen and they were divided into 4 groups and 5 foals were in each group based on the similar weight and equal number of sex. They were control group( basal diet),testing group I( basal diet + 40 mg / d / foal GABA),testing group II( basal diet + 80 mg / d / foal GABA),testing group III( basal diet + 120 mg / d / foal GABA). In the testing time 0 d,30 d,60 d and 90 d at 18: 00,at 18: 30 and 20: 00,jugular vein blood was drawn from the foals and their body weight was measured. The blood hormone indexes were determined by KITS. 【Result】90 days after,the test compared and contrasted each group's data. The weight of the testing group II and III was increased by 18. 07 %( P > 0. 05) and 6. 02 %( P > 0. 05) respectively than that of the control group on average daily gain,body height was increased by 25%( P < 0. 01),25 %( P < 0.01) and 35 %( P < 0. 01) than the control group. On the 30 th day after the experiment,the plasma levels of group I,II and III were higher than that of the control group,that was 4. 35 %( P > 0. 05),10. 72%( P> 0. 05) and 10. 43 %( P > 0. 05),respectively. On the 90 th day,the content of NPY in plasma of testing group II was 38. 03 % higher than the control group( P < 0. 01).【Conclusion】Complementary feeding GABA can enhance the growth performance of nursing foals,and comprehensive founding told us that complementary feeding 80 mg / d GABA had the best effect. In addition,the effect of GABA on nursing foals was achieved mostly through the metabolic regulation of NPY and GH.
